Our shipping policy is to deliver your orders on schedule. Please be aware that the carriers’ launched delivery time specifies the transit timeframes once an order leaves our warehouse. Shipping
- According to our shipping policy, every items is dispatched from our warehouse.
- On every order, we provide FREE shipping in USA, Canada and Australia.
- Depending on the location, we use all shipping companies. including FedEx, UPS, and DHL. We typically dispatch your orders in 5 business days. However, after shipping, you’ll get your order is delivered between five and seven business days later.
- The average time of “order received” to “order dispatch” takes 5-7 days.
- Delivery usually occurs between five and seven days after the day of dispatch. Therefore, it includes third-party shipping providers, certain factors impact the shipping time over which we have no control.
- Custom orders are usually based on the quantity of work and other considerations and may require more time than usual. Moreover, we will inform you about the entire procedure.
- We will provide you the tracking number once the order will dispatch from us.
- Customers are promptly informed of delays using the email address they have provided.

Incorrect or Partial Address
- If an order is returned to us because the address was entered incorrectly, we will only resend it once the buyer covers the additional shipping charges. Leather Jackets Designer will not be held liable for any lost orders if a customer provides a wrong address.
- For your safety and security, we do not deliver to APO, FPO or PO box addresses.

Custom Clearance
- Please be aware that customs clearance in the destination country may cause delays. If the government imposes any import or customs taxes. Those taxes are not the part of Leather Jackets Designer’s shipping policy. Therefore, the buyer will be liable for all of these taxes, if applicable.
- The customer is responsible for contacting the courier company to follow up. Therefore, once we send the products and give you a tracking number.
- The customer must notify the courier company if the order is placed on hold or if the courier tries to deliver the product while the customer is away from home.
- Moreover, after you get the tracking number, we suggest you contact the courier again.
- The courier provider may destroy the package after several unsuccessful delivery attempts at the specified address; in this scenario, we will not be held liable.

Items Lost
- While this rarely occurs, we will send a replacement if any order is lost en route. However, once an order has been in the courier company’s system for twenty-one days, it is deemed lost.
