how to return an item on ljd store

We Allow Return and Refund within 15 days!

Our return and refund is easy and simple. Our primary objective is to satisfy our customers. Therefore, we process refunds on a case-by-case basis. We want our customers to be happy with our products and services, so we stand behind them. Our idea is to treat customers honestly and fairly; thus, we’ll always try our best to care for them. We believe that when we treat our customers fairly, they will also treat us fairly. In addition, refunds are applied to the original form of payment used to purchase the returned goods. If we issue a refund without a transaction record, we’ll request personal documentation and issue an LJD Gift Card with the refund at the current value.

Return

  • Please file a return with your order number and the reason for the return if you want to return an item.
  • Orders returned to us must have a return request sent beforehand to be accepted.
  • The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping.
  • Within the 50 states, returns and exchanges are simple, fast, and free when using ground shipment through UPS or FedEx. 
  • The item must be returned in the same original packaging that it came in. Unworn and unused, with all tags attached, and in the same condition as when it was given to you.
  • In exchange for the returned goods, we will pay the shipping costs for the original item.
  • Custom design and custom sizes are non refundable. 

Refund

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Additionally, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Therefore, refunded amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Within seven business days of receiving your return, we will reimburse the money to the original payment method you used at the time of purchase.
  • Please be aware that while banks and credit card companies process refunds, the funds may take some time to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Item

In the unlikely scenario that the goods you received are damaged or you received the incorrect Item, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us right away. We’ll investigate the problem and work to find a quick solution.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us
  • If you want to return a damaged or faulty item, please email support@ljd-store.com.
  • We will give you the exact address along contact information for our warehouse so that you can ship the item back for return or exchange.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
